A nurse at Mercy Memorial, Sheila’s grip on life is like a pit bull’s: she won’t let go no matter what anybody says. She rarely takes no for answer and certainly doesn’t put up with any whining, even from her patients. But when push comes to shove, Sheila’s heart is as big as a sunny day.

The apple of Sheila’s eye and Douglas’ biggest disappointment. Ricky’s athletic from 36 months’ jail time and a bit beat because of the same. Despite that, he has his dad’s affable smile and empathy behind the eyes. Thing is, Ricky could easily pass for Sherman in a dark alley.
